The Prism Hardscapes Embarcadero fire pit's glass fiber reinforced cement undergoes a custom handcrafted patina finishing process to offer one of the finest outdoor fire features to date. This 60-inch round fire pit includes a burner pan and stainless steel burner to provide a strong, reliable flame. The 16-inch height is perfect for conversation and relaxation around a beautiful fire. Prism has dedicated years into perfecting the unmatched design and functionality of their products that fit perfectly in residential or commercial settings. On top of superior craftsmanship, Prism Hardscapes also offers six different color options: Cafe, Ebony, Natural, Pewter, Coastal and Ultra White. Each Prism Hardscapes fire pit includes standard lava rock media, but this can optionally be replaced with fire glass (sold separately). The Embarcadero fire pit can also be purchased as a pedestal option (call for more information). This fire pit includes your choice of either a match light ignition system or an electronic ignition system. The match light system provides unmatched reliability and a more economical option, while the electronic ignition system provides added convenience and luxury. In addition, this fire pit can be purchased in either a propane or a natural gas configuration.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping Process: Many of our products ship from our warehouse in North Liberty, Iowa, ensuring quick and flexible delivery. Custom-finished items or those shipping directly from manufacturers may require additional processing time.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Items under 150 pounds typically ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar carriers to ensure fast processing and delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us for assistance.
- Standard Freight Shipping: Items over 150 pounds ship via freight with free curbside delivery and lift gate service. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, so please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Upon delivery, inspect the shipment and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Spotix Inc. is not liable for damages not reported at delivery.
- Shipping Options:
- $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 within the contiguous 48 states. Spotix Inc. determines the carrier and service level for these shipments.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. For freight shipments, this includes curbside delivery and lift gate services. Additional fees may apply for hard-to-reach areas.
- Expedited Shipping Options: Expedited shipping is available for most items. Contact a Sales Representative to confirm availability and pricing.
- International Shipping: Free shipping does not apply to international orders. We frequently ship to Canada; contact our Sales Representatives for costs. International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not follow our standard return policy.

Return Policy
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original (intact) packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of approval.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made to order products, used or assembled items, certain brands or items marked as non-returnable in the description are not eligible for return.
- Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage: If your return request is due to a suspected manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we will first attempt to work with you to repair the product. If repair is not possible within reason, we may assist in replacing the item. These situations will follow our shipping policy or the manufacturer's warranty process.
- Return Process: To start a return, complete our return form for approval. Photos may be required. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization, return label(s) and instructions. Orders shipped via freight carrier must be returned via freight carrier.
- Refunds & Shipping: Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping costs, including both outbound and return, will be deducted from your refund. Spotix reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Returns outside the specified process or timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
