American Fire Glass Spark Ignition Fire Pit Kits, Rectangular Bowl Pans is an ideal choice for any outdoor fire pit project. Constructed from high quality stainless steel, these burners and burner pans are sure to provide durability and longevity. The burners feature drilled burner ports to reduce any whistling noise and ensure a quality flame. While the pan itself will feature weep holes to assist with water drainage and reduce the risk of burner or system damage, and also includes a cut central hole that allows the burner to connect to the gas source. These bowl pans measure 2" deep, with a 1-1/4" lip around the top to easily drop into your custom fire pit enclosure. Also included with this fire pit kit are (2) 5' black gas hoses with shut off valve, a chrome key & flange, and the battery powered spark ignitor.
Gas fire pit pans are a crucial component to maintain the safety and quality of your fire pit. Burner pans help support your burner ring, separate the air mixer from fire pit media (for LP applications), and save money by reducing the amount of fire media you would otherwise need to complete your fire pit. Pans also help to minimize fuel settling below the pan, and help your fire pit drain properly, failure to do so may result in personal injury or explosion.
Please note, this unit does not come with the mounting plate for the spark button and key flange unless specifically noted. To add the optional mounting plate to your order, please select "Yes" under the "Add Stainless Steel Face Plate" option in the product configuration.

What to Consider When Building a Gas Fire Pit:
- Gas Supply - Before you begin designing your fire pit, first determine your gas supply
- Both Natural Gas and Propane may be used - Supply Pressure and BTU ratings need to be regulated for both
- For Natural Gas: Supply Pressure should be set between 3.5" - 7" Water Column
- For Propane*: Supply Pressure should be set between 8" - 11" Water Column
- *Do not use a burner rated for greater than 125,000 BTU with a 20-pound propane tank.
- Fire Pit Burner - The shape and size of your fire pit burner can be choosed after determining your gas supply
- Choose a burner kit based off of the inside dimension of your enclosure - the fire pit pan will be 6" larger than the burner to provide at least 3" between the edge of the burner and the inside edge of the pit
- Fire Pit Pan - Included with all of HPC's preassembled fire pit kits
- A pan can be flat or "bowl" style in order to accommodate your construction - it should be installed at least 3-4" below the top surface of your enclosure
- The burner pan separates the air mixer from the burner in propane applications, but in all constructions it helps with water drainage and ventillation
- Flange Extension - In many cases, the shut-off valve will be located inside the fire pit - if your enclosure walls are thicker than 3" it may be necessary to use a flange extension and a longer key
- An external shut off valve is not required with this kit, but may be an option for added safety
- Ventilation - For all fire pit burners, adequate ventilation is required
- The recommended amount of ventilation is 36in² - or (2) 18in² vents on two opposing sides to create proper airflow
- Installation Collars - Are designed to simplify the installation of a fire pit pan
- Our flexible installation collars can bend for round enclosures and can be anchored in with concrete screws

- Shipping Process: Many of our products ship from our warehouse in North Liberty, Iowa, ensuring quick and flexible delivery. Custom-finished items or those shipping directly from manufacturers may require additional processing time.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Items under 150 pounds typically ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar carriers to ensure fast processing and delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us for assistance.
- Standard Freight Shipping: Items over 150 pounds ship via freight with free curbside delivery and lift gate service. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, so please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Upon delivery, inspect the shipment and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Spotix Inc. is not liable for damages not reported at delivery.
- Shipping Options:
- $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 within the contiguous 48 states. Spotix Inc. determines the carrier and service level for these shipments.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. For freight shipments, this includes curbside delivery and lift gate services. Additional fees may apply for hard-to-reach areas.
- Expedited Shipping Options: Expedited shipping is available for most items. Contact a Sales Representative to confirm availability and pricing.
- International Shipping: Free shipping does not apply to international orders. We frequently ship to Canada; contact our Sales Representatives for costs. International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not follow our standard return policy.

Return Policy
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original (intact) packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of approval.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made to order products, used or assembled items, certain brands or items marked as non-returnable in the description are not eligible for return.
- Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage: If your return request is due to a suspected manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we will first attempt to work with you to repair the product. If repair is not possible within reason, we may assist in replacing the item. These situations will follow our shipping policy or the manufacturer's warranty process.
- Return Process: To start a return, complete our return form for approval. Photos may be required. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization, return label(s) and instructions. Orders shipped via freight carrier must be returned via freight carrier.
- Refunds & Shipping: Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping costs, including both outbound and return, will be deducted from your refund. Spotix reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Returns outside the specified process or timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
